     Global Information Systems was established in 2000 to provide a simple, efficient, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant, cost-effective and quality service to physicians in Metro-Louisville area.  The success of the solution provided has resulted into an exponential growth opportunity for the company. 

Our corporate headquarter is based in Louisville with services provided all across the US. We leverage technology and talent globally to provide the best quality of electronic transcription and billing solutions to our clients.  Our first off-shore office, established in 2003 houses a team of highly trained and skilled IT professionals.  This in-house information technology competency has been the key to successful customization of solutions for our clients to meet and exceed their expectations.

In addition, we have implemented the rigor of six-sigma philosophy into our quality systems.  This unique blend of inter-disciplinary synergy has resulted in 99+% accuracy of medical transcriptions.
