Operations and Implementation Manager Job
Description:

•  The Operations and Implementation Manager will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations. The primary focus of the Operations Manager is on strategic and tactical operations management. The Operations and Implementation Manager is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that are used to deliver our company’s products and services. Advises and makes recommendations to the CEO and encourages and assists department heads in establishing a measure of performance, increased productivity, quality improvement, and cost controls.

Other duties to be included are:

•  Coordinate international teams to deliver superior services to national clients.
•  Provide primary technical troubleshooting for remote client’s web based delivery platforms.
•  Hiring, training and mentoring support personnel as needed.
•  Maintaining positive client relationships through superior service and support.
•  Act as liaison between clients and all support personnel as needed.
•  Manages the setting up and servicing of new clients.
•  Assists in the creation and implementation of the CREMR, MDOFFICEMANAGER and    MEDIVOXXFLOW systems.
•  Create and maintain detail documentation to support operation and support system
•  Assists in marketing endeavors, as assigned by the Marketing Director.
•  Assist the Control Center on a p.r.n. basis.
•  Provides administrative support for President.
•  Other activities or projects, as needed or assigned
Requirements:

•  Refined managerial skills typically acquired through experience as Operations Manager. Expert PC knowledge, remote support tools, and secure remote multi server environment. Minimum of 7 years direct information technology management which should include a minimum of 5 years of operation and implementation. Working knowledge of leadership, supervisory, and management methods. Working knowledge of Customer Support methods. Working knowledge of team management, development and motivation. Demonstration of written and verbal communication skills. Negotiation skills. Working knowledge of PC based applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. BA, MBA, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training.

•  Previous healthcare experience preferable
