The interface is very user friendly and has multiple features to meet the needs of both our novice and power users. Whenever we have had questions or problems with using the system, tech support was immediate and any issues were quickly resolved.
However, this is just an interface for the real purpose of using Medivoxx - medical transcription. We have found the transcription to be accurate and consistent. Turn around times are quick and reliable. Whenever we need to make an adjustment to the style of the finished document, the editors quickly accommodate our needs.
I strongly recommend Medivoxx for any medical practice or other business that needs a transcription service.
